Pitta Bread Pizza

This is a really simple cheap meal idea which you can knock up in less than 15 minutes; I will pop up the recipe although I am sure you won’t need it as its one of the easiest and cheapest meals you can make, ideal for kids and parents alike.

If you do have young children this is a great way to get them involved as they can help pop on the toppings before you bake them in the oven.

What you will need:

  • Pizza Bread (pack of six £0.60p)

  • Tomato Sauce Base (I always use leftover sauce from my pasta dishes)

  • Some grated Cheese

  • Ham or Bacon or both

  • Onions

  • Tomatoes

The fact is you can put whatever you fancy on you individual pizza’s, ideal if you have a fussy family, Tuna works great, and my own personal favourite is Bolognaise sauce left over from the night before with a healthy helping of cheese all over the top.
